My Irritations, Aggravations and Inspirations

July 12, 2010 “jumping”

This poem was written by a good friend, J.

I convinced J to let me post it…I hope you enjoy.

jumping

Another chance
Jumping from a 3 foot tower
Like rusty hinges on a brand new box
Open
Then fabric frayed with time
Like the wilting petals of forgotten flowers
Ink dried pens with too many words left to say
Closed
Noise is all around
Lost in the silence
