My Irritations, Aggravations and Inspirations

August 19, 2010 “Chaos”

Chaos

The words won’t settle
in my mind long enough
for me to arrange them
into a thought
that makes sense

insecurities
*
willingness
inside
longing
lasting
*
lost
outside
voices
eternal
*
yesterdays
ours
understanding
*
forgiveness
only
respect
everlasting
vague
everything
remember…

*
happiness sunshine heavenly
sadness damned hurt
pride dark
forever
never
now
smiles
tears
silence
choices
voices
nothingness
ambiguity
indifference
her
she
me
we
love

    • Sorry to convey so much sadness, Cindy. The chaos was the villain, and the green part was the message (see my reply to Kavita) Thanks for visiting and reading..it always means a lot.

  2. Ouch! That was full of pain…and the colors really added to the effect..
    I hope this was fiction…

    Nicely done though…very intense!!

    • Mostly fantasy and fiction, Kavita. I was trying to get the jumble out of my mind..notice the first letters of each line in green…that’s what I was trying to dig out of my chaotic mind to say to her. Thank you for the complement though 🙂

  3. Tracy, this is amazing. You have such creativity and understanding in your soul. I didn’t pick up sadness as much as I felt the jumble of emotions that love can bring. Sorting them out is a real challenge. I love that you didn’t, and still conveyed the message in the green portion.

  4. My feelings were the same as Pat’s…a storm of emotions…like those that blow through our lives every now and then.
