My Irritations, Aggravations and Inspirations

September 30, 2010 “dream touch”

“dream touch”

alone in my bed

halfway in and halfway out

of covers and sleep

my waking moment

still dreaming and still with you

smelling your perfume

walking side by side

my eyes open without thought

I reach for your hand

  1. This is so romantic Tracy…and the image could not have been more perfect…it compliments your words so well. I loved yesterdays poem but there’s not a person I know that can beat you when it comes to writing poetry about love. You take your reader on a journey with every masterpiece!! I love it 🙂 ~ Red x

    • Thank you, Red! I’m flattered by your compliment, the truth is, I am a true romantic love poet at heart. I do other types, but Love is my love. I’m lucky to have a wonderful muse…makes it much easier. 🙂

Wonderfully written! In a few words, you have described that longing very very well indeed, Tracy..
And here, I bow to you!
